Ladder Logic symbols are foundational elements that are memorized by every plc programmer. However, official documentation of the ladder logic symbols isn’t easy to digest and doesn’t provide concrete examples of each one. The standards of the language are well documented by the International Electromechanical Commission (IEC) in the exhibit 61131-3.
